Putting X-LOCK to Work

Easy to use

X-LOCK is a two-component adhesive supplied in kits with the correct mix ratio, making it easy to use. Simply pour in the B part to the larger tin (A component), mix thoroughly, and apply a thin layer around the first two-thirds of the PIN thread only. (X-LOCK should be applied on clean, bare metal, free of any residual dope or contaminants).

Up to 10 locks

One X-LOCK kit contains 8 oz of thread-locking compound, hardener vial, and spatula. Each X-LOCK kit will lock a range of casings, with up to 10 locks for 4 1/2″ casing.

Maximum reliability

X-LOCK can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 years, providing you with a reliable solution for all your downhole needs.
